We designed the LOWLAND OUTDOOR backpack poncho specifically for hikers who head out with a sturdy backpack. Unlike a regular poncho, a backpacking poncho has an opening at the back that is large enough to put your backpack through. This way, your backpack stays dry and is protected from rain or snow. So a backpack poncho can be useful for hikers or travelers who are often on the road and want to keep their gear dry.

The backpacking poncho is a well-ventilating/breathable poncho (8,000g/M²). It has an infinitely adjustable hood with goggle flap and reflective tape. The backpacking poncho has an extension that can be opened by means of a zipper, thus covering a backpack up to 100 liters.

Our backpack poncho is of course 100% waterproof (10,000mm), available in the color blue and available in three sizes: Medium, Large and XL. A Lowland backpack poncho is therefore the ideal rainwear for the hiker and outdoor sportsman.
