The KIBO ZERO mummy sleeping bag is the mid-range model in the Lowland Outdoor KIBO series. With a comfort temperature of 0 degrees, it is suitable for campers and backpackers who head out in early spring and late fall and spend the night in outdoor temperatures of 0 degrees or higher.
To ensure a comfortable night in colder conditions, the KIBO ZERO is filled with 525 grams of 90% 600 Cuin duck down. The down used by Lowland Outdoor for the entire KIBO series is RDS-certified. Down provides the most warmth at a low weight. In addition, down lasts a very long time, making it a sustainable choice.
The KIBO Zero is made of rip-stop nylon on the inside and outside. The inside feels wonderfully soft and therefore sleeps comfortably. A well-filled draft collar ensures that the KIBO Zero does not lose warmth here. The feet get plenty of room in the KIBO Zero due to a specially enlarged footbox.
The sleeping bag has a sturdy 2-way YKK zipper with an anti-snag slider. The anti-snag slider prevents dust from getting between the zipper so you can always open the zipper easily; so you can always make a run for the toilet by feel in the dark without the panic of a blocked zipper. And because it is a two-way zipper, you can also open the sleeping bag at the feet for some cooling or extra freedom of movement.
On the inside of the KIBO Zero is a storage pocket at shoulder level for valuables and earplugs.
